The drama began with the rattling of the church doors as the “heroine” – a refugee – breaks into the building in order to find a place of solace and safety. The richly melodious Kyrie Eleison sung by the choir interwoven with high notes by the soprano soloist Angharad Davies left one hoping to hear this beautiful tune as a refrain later on.- Review by Emma Crisp (Mass of the Martyrs (A Mass of St Denys) – Edward-Rhys Harry)
Both my husband and I would like to thank Angharad for her beautiful performance at our wedding. Her outstanding vocal abilities left our guests mesmerised, it was truly an amazing performance. On a professional level she is second to none, very accommodating to both our needs, nothing was too much for her. Thank you again! -Mr and Mrs Cuddihy
All our members could not speak highly enough of the evening -"the best one yet" was the main comment. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful Opening Night Concert. - Bristol Welsh Society
Angharad's master class was particularly special, compared to any other master class I have ever attended. She gave constructive and clear feedback that had immediate results and was approachable at the same time.- Catherine Nguyen (USA), UWCAC Student.
Thank you for providing such a beautiful addition to the service - the music reflected my fathers’s life and interests and it provided me with great comfort as I sat and reflected. Many family and friends also mentioned how much they enjoyed your contribution - Mr Watkins
The beautiful and controlled voice of soloist Angharad Davies was showcased in the melodious Pie Jesu.- Review by Emma Crisp (Faure Requiem).
Outstanding singing from Angharad Davies with Cor Bro Ogwr in Porthcawl tonight, handling solo duties single-handedly, Middle Eastern vocals & all!- British Sinfonietta
I’d like to say how fantastic the G and S show was on Wednesday evening in Llandudno. All were excellent both acting and especially singing. If I had to name two who stood out it would be Angharad Davies and Rhys Thomas. Will look forward to seeing any future shows that they might do- Rob Sharpe
Angharad is a very talented vocalist that assisted me greatly in developing my vocal abilities as well. She is of incredible professional ability and very knowledgeable about her subject area. From a prospective of an amateur singer, I am incredibly grateful to have had such a wonderful experience working one on one with the kind and talented Angharad.- Roo Smith (USA), UWCAC Student.
